Board of Trustees
Pastor Alvaro Garcia grew up in Texas and was educated in Florida. He is pastor of Merciful Redemption Church, Groton, CT, and its Global Missions Center and Training Facility and leads international missions.
Daniel Dyer is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School. He was a purchasing manager for Westinghouse and sold process control systems and computers for IBM. He was founder and CEO for 14 years of STSC, Inc., world leader in interactive computer services based on the APL programming language. He was chair of the board of governors of Opportunity International, which has provided microfinance services to 15 million poor in developing countries. He was co-founder and president of Jobs Partnership Greater Washington and since 2009 co-founder and secretary/treasurer of Work & Learn, Inc. He is a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church and also volunteers for UnityCT, Inc and Kairos Prison Ministry International.
Robert Navaraj received his BBA in 1998 and MBA in 2000 from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is a Human Resources Generalist with over 15 years experience in Staff Engagement, Performance Management, Staff Development, Retention, HR Data Management, HRIS Technologies, Compensation and Benefit Administration. He was Church Administrator at Seaport Community Church, Groton, CT. He and his family then moved to Princeton, NJ.
Hans Sigvardsson is a business consultant and CEO of Custom8 Technology LLC. He grew up in Sweden. He was an active member of Seaport Community Church, Groton, CT and a leader in Kairos Prison Ministry International in Connecticut before moving to Bradenton, Florida.
