Our process works like this:
A volunteer encourages and introduces someone unemployed or underemployed to actions they can take to get jobs they will enjoy, be successful in those jobs, and transform their lives.
The encourager steers them to the guidelines for 30 Actions to Change Your Life found on this website worknlearn.us.
Volunteer career coaches, specialists and Christian mentors provide 1-to-1 assistance taking the specific actions.
