Personal planning enables you to advance in the workplace. Some of the most successful companies in the world are managed by having employees at every level define their individual Objectives and Key Results, Okr’s.

Objectives and key results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework for defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes. See OKR in Wikipedia.

Personal planning tells you what’s the most important thing to do right now to achieve your goals.

If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there.

See Goals that motivate you for how to set goals and learn better and faster.
