Be an Encourager

Be an Encourager

Be an Encourager. What you do as an Encourager is to give courage. You can accomplish that by introducing someone in need to actions they can take to transform their life. What you bring to them is hope.

You don’t have to be an expert to be an Encourager. This website is a place to find resources and help from other volunteers to equip you to be a success as an Encourager.

Resources to help you be an Encourager

A primary resource are the guidelines for Actions-to-Change-Your-Life listed on the homepage.

  • Some of the actions strengthen Biblical Values to understand spiritual gifts and calling.
  • Some expand Career Skills to get an ideal job in the career you’re called to fill.
  • Some strengthen interpersonal 1-to-1 relationships and relationships that lead people to Jesus.
  • Some suggest paths to experience the power of Jesus to transform your life.

Help from other volunteers

Another major resource are the experienced volunteer Career Coaches, Specialists and Christian Mentors who are also eager to help. They will work 1-to-1 with the Participant whom you refer and/or with you. You can invite one of them to team with you to assist the Participant.
